Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Eddy De La Cruz, a California-licensed real estate salesperson (CA DRE #02317349) with Richland Property Partners (DRE #01847765), doing business as DLC Enterprise. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: the site collects only what you type into its forms, that information goes to Eddy's inbox so he can respond to you, and it is never sold or shared for marketing.

Information you send through the forms

The site has three forms. Each one sends its contents by email to Eddy@DLCEP.com through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Nothing is stored in a database on this site.

• Consultation request — your name, email address, phone number (optional), the goal you selected (buying, selling, first home, investing, or loss mitigation), and your message.
• Home valuation request — the property address, your name, email address, and phone number (optional).
• Client review — your name, the type of service you received, a star rating, your review text, and whether you consent to having the review shown on this site. A review is only displayed publicly if you check the consent box, and only after Eddy reads it.

Eddy uses this information to reply to you, prepare what you asked for (such as a comparative market analysis), and keep a record of the conversation. If you become a client, your information is handled under the transaction documents you sign at that time.

What the site does not do

• It does not sell, rent, or trade your information.
• It does not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
• It does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
• It does not enroll you in automated calls or text campaigns. If you give a phone number, Eddy may call or text you personally about your request.

Browser storage

The site keeps two small settings in your browser only, and neither one identifies you: preferred-lang (whether you chose English or Spanish) and cta-dismissed (whether you closed the contact bar during your visit). You can clear both at any time through your browser's site-data settings.

Third-party services that see technical data

Like most websites, this site loads a few resources from outside providers. When your browser fetches them, those providers receive standard technical details such as your IP address and browser type. They do not receive anything you type into the forms.

• Vercel — hosts the site.
• Cloudinary — streams the background videos and poster images.
• Google Fonts — provides the typefaces.
• Tailwind CSS CDN — provides the stylesheet framework.
• Web3Forms — delivers form submissions to Eddy's email. Web3Forms' handling of submissions is described in its own privacy policy.

Links to other sites

The site links to LinkedIn and may link to other services. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

Your choices

You can ask Eddy to correct or delete any information you submitted through this site by emailing Eddy@DLCEP.com or calling (626) 787-0127. Requests are handled personally, usually within a few business days. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; as a sole practitioner, Eddy is below the CCPA's business thresholds, but he honors access and deletion requests regardless.

Children

This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
